In conversation with Mr Rohit Mattoo National Head Retail Sales at Axis Mutual Fund

Mr. Rohit joined Axis AMC as the National Head of Retail Sales in Sep 2023. In his current role he is responsible for implementing competitive marketing strategies, creating best market practices, nurturing talent and business planning that will drive the Retail Business Channel, thereby contributing to business volume and growth.

Rohit has over 20 years of work experience in the financial sector managing multiple roles ranging from leading Portfolio Management Sales ,Channel Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Products.

He joins us after a long and distinguished career at Kotak Securities Ltd. where he joined as Deputy Vice President for the Alternate Channel in 2010 and went on to become the Executive Vice President and National Head of Sales-Alternate channel. He began his professional journey with Birla Sunlife Securities in 2003 on the fixed income side.

Educational Qualification: MBA from IOM University of Pune
