Notice Cum Addendum: Change of name of Invesco India Gilt Fund - Long Duration Plan

Notice is hereby given to all the investors / unit holders that Invesco Trustee Pvt. Ltd. ('the Trustee to Invesco Mutual Fund') has approved the change of name of Invesco India Gilt Fund - Long Duration Plan, an open - ended dedicated gilt fund ("the Scheme") as follows:

The change of name of the Scheme will be effective from October 1, 2016.

Accordingly, all references to existing name of the Scheme, wherever it appears in Scheme Information Document and Key Information Memorandum of the Scheme shall be replaced with new name as mentioned above.

All other terms & conditions of the Scheme will remain unchanged.

This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document / Key Information Memorandum of the Scheme as amended from time to time.
