Where can I park my money for 10 months

I decided to sell my 2nd apartment at Rs 70 Lacks. I want to utilize this money after 10 months for buying another property. Please suggest a proper fund where I can get at least 8.5-9% return without any major market fluctuation?

For very short term needs (in your case, around 10 months) you may park your money in Arbitrage Funds or Liquid Funds. However, your return expectation of 8.5-9% is quite high from this investment. You should not expect more than 6.5-7% from these funds.
