Dividend Declaration: Sundaram S.M.I.L.E. Infrastructure Advantage Fund, Balanced Fund and Monthly Income Plans

NOTICE is hereby given that the Trustee of Sundaram Mutual Fund has declared dividend on the face value of र 10/- per unit on the Record Date of March 18, 2016# under the dividend option of the following scheme:

* As reduced by the amount of applicable statutory levy, if any.

^ This plan is discontinued for subscription.

Pursuant to the payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme will fall to the extent of pay out and statutory levies. The above dividend will be subject to the availability of distributable surplus in the respective plan option of the scheme on Record Date. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future. All unitholders under the Dividend Option of the above mentioned scheme, whose names appear on the register of unitholders on the aforesaid Record Date, will be entitled to receive the dividend. The above quantum of dividend and the Record Date were approved by the Board of Directors of the Sundaram Trustee Company Limited vide their resolution dated March 11, 2016.
