Dividend Declared in Sundaram Balanced Fund

NOTICE is hereby given that the Trustee of Sundaram Mutual Fund has declared dividend on the face value of Rs. 10/- per unit on the Record Date of December 18, 2015# under the dividend option of the following scheme:

* As reduced by the amount of applicable statutory levy, if any. ^This plan is discontinued for subscription

Pursuant to the payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme will fall to the extent of payout and statutory levies. The above dividend will be subject to the availability of distributable surplus in the respective plan option of the scheme on Record Date. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future. All unitholders under the Dividend Option of the above mentioned scheme, whose names appear on the register of unitholders on the aforesaid record date, will be entitled to receive the dividend. The above quantum of dividend and the record date were approved by the Board of Directors of Sundaram Trustee Co. Ltd. vide their resolution dated December 11, 2015.
