Notice Declaration of dividend under DSPBR Balanced Fund and DSPBR Opportunities Fund

NOTICE is hereby given that DSP BlackRock Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd., the Trustee to DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund (the Fund) has, vide Resolution dated January 17, 2016 declared dividend in the Dividend Options of DSP BlackRock Balanced Fund, an Open ended balanced Scheme and DSP BlackRock Opportunities Fund, an Open Ended growth Scheme (Collectively referred as “Scheme”) of the Fund, the particulars of which are as under:

Record Date: January 22, 2016

Distribution of the above dividend is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the Dividend Options under the Regular and Direct Plan of the Schemes concerned would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy, if any.

Dividend will be paid to all those Unit Holders / Beneficial Owners, in the Dividend Option (s) of the aforesaid Schemes, whose names appear in the records of the Registrar and Transfer Agent, Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd. / Statement of Beneficiary Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Record Date.
