• Investment objective - The investment objective of the scheme is to achieve a return equivalent to Nifty REITs & Realty Index by investing in the stocks of companies which comprise the Nifty REITs & Realty Index, subject to tracking error. There is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.


• Product suitability - This product is suitable for investors who are seeking to generate capital appreciation over the long term. Equity and equity related securities covered by Nifty REITs & Realty Index. Return that corresponds to the performance of Nifty REITs & Realty Index subject to the tracking error.


• Minimum Application Amount - Rs. 100/-and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter.
