From where can I buy gold coins

In your article, "Is Investing in Gold a good option for the middle class", you have mentioned that coins are available in 0.5gm and 1gm weights. Kindly let me know the bank/ institution where I can obtain the same?

All the nationalized and private banks sell gold coins. You can check with your bank if they are selling the same and buy gold coins from them.

You can also buy gold coins online from websites like Snapdeal and Flipkart etc https://www.snapdeal.com/products.... Reputed jewellers like Tanishque etc also sell gold coins of various weights.
