Notice is hereby given that effective January 30, 2016 there shall be a change to the fundamental attributes of L&T India Equity and Gold Fund as stated below. The name of the L&T India Equity and Gold Fund will be changed to L&T Dynamic Equity Fund w.e.f. January 30, 2016
