Mahindra Mutual Fund launches Mahindra Manulife Asia Pacific REITs FOF

Highlights of the NFO:

• Scheme type – An open ended fund of fund scheme investing in Manulife Global Fund – Asia Pacific REIT Fund, an overseas fund primarily investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region


• Investment objective – The investment objective of the scheme is to provide long term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in units of Manulife Global Fund – Asia Pacific REIT Fund, an overseas fund primarily investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be achieved.


• Product suitability – This product is suitable for investors who are seeking capital appreciation over long term by investing in units of Manulife Global Fund – Asia Pacific REIT Fund.


• Minimum Application Amount – First investment is Rs. 5,000/- and multiples of Rs. 1/- thereafter


• Plan/ Options available – Regular Plan and Direct Plan having Growth Option and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal Option / IDCW Option with Payout of Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal / IDCW Payout; and Reinvestment of Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal / IDCW Reinvestment facility.
