Is dividend above 10 lacs received under an equity scheme dividend option subject to additional 10% tax?

No. There is no additional tax @10% payable in case of dividends received from equity or debt mutual funds.

Maybe you are confusing this with the Budget announcement of this year, wherein the Finance Minister proposed dividend tax @10% to apply only if the total dividend income received from domestic company/ companies in the hands of the investors exceeds Rs. 10 Lakhs in a financial year.
