Which mid and small cap fund is good for long term

I want to invest lump sum and SIP for 10 years, and I want to invest in mid and small cap fund, is it is good time to invest and suggest me the fund also?

If your risk profile is high, mid and small cap funds can be a very good choice for long term SIP investing.
